1. Unclip bungee straps.
2. Unfold upper and lower half and sit upright.
3. Bring the safety handle to the top position and lock in place at the midsection.
4. At the base, unfold both cargo base extenders.
5. Load your cargo onto the base and secure with bungee straps either side of the safety handle.
